A service request is made via e-mal or via phone call where the problem that is presented and the need to solve it is understood and in this way we can evaluate our ability to attend this problem.
Step 2
A visit is made by one of our workers, who will carry out an inspection process of the work that was previously discussed through any of our service channels, after this, the evaluation process is carried out an we begin to carry out the necessary process to solve the need of our client.
Step 3
An administrative process is carried out in which one of our workers with the evidence collected by our technician, makes the quotation of the necessary processes to fulfill the needs of our client in question and after this is expected confirmation and acceptance of quotation to start work.
Step 4
After the quotation is accepted by our client, a start date and a tentative date for the completion of the work is agreed upon, then the work and development of activities to satisfy our client's needs begin.
